10 Funniest Deaths In Comedy Movies

7. The Cabin In The Woods - Impaled By A Unicorn

Tucker And Dale Vs Evil
Lionsgate

The Cabin in The Woods is more of a horror comedy than a straight up horror movie. Among all the carnage, at it's heart, the movie is sarcastic and playful in a tongue in cheek sort of way.

You'd think The Merman would nab this spot considering the brilliant set-up and pay-off, but that's too obvious. Instead, this entry is dedicated to the short but sweet kill by a magical beast of wonder.

The reason this kill is on here, besides just being a true sight to behold, is that it opens up so many unanswered questions. Why was their even a unicorn to begin with? How would they summon it? Why is is it so blood-thirsty? How many people has it killed with its horn of evil?

When it comes to The Merman, that's at least somewhat understandable since the cabin is next to a lake. But, a unicorn? Why? How? The Cabin in The Woods works perfectly as a standalone film, but if they ever did another one for some reason the unicorn deserves more time in the spotlight. What secrets does it hide?

We need answers dammit!
