It's a crushing rebuke that nonetheless reveals a lazy bit of criticism; if you were to follow this logic through then in a roundabout way a lot of critics just recommended you go see the Alvin and the Chipmunks movie. That's one of the films you would watch instead of Disaster Movie, which just happens to feature one of the best Chipmunk parodies in modern media. It may be presumptuous of me to say so but I think you'd rather watch Disaster Movie in all its supposed awfulness, than watch one second of the Alvin and the Chipmunks movies.
