5. Bulletproof...When It's Convenient - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows

In 2014's live-action Turtles reboot, it's explained that the Turtles are in fact bulletproof, yet in this summer's sequel, that fact seems to be forgotten when it's convenient to the plot.

The Turtles take on the Foot Clan while attempting to recover a mutagen sample from a police station, but then end up being held at gunpoint by some cops.

Rather than make use of their invulnerability to knock the cops out (as they do moments later anyway thanks to a distraction from Megan Fox's April and Stephen Amell's Casey). they actually cower, holding their hands up as though the bullets can actually do something to them.

You can maybe argue that it's only their shells that are bulletproof, but even then, it's still inconsistent throughout the films.
