10 Good Actors Trapped Making Terrible Movies
1. Kate Beckinsale
Though she doesn't get nearly enough of an opportunity to prove it, Kate Beckinsale is an extremely talented actress, as evidenced by her fantastic performance in 2016's critically-adored period comedy Love & Friendship. This is also the only film of hers from the last decade to receive positive reviews.
The other eleven movies range from mixed reviews to total pannings: Whiteout, Everybody's Fine, Contraband, two Underworld movies, Total Recall, Stoneheart Asylum, The Face Of An Angel, The Disappointments Room (which scored a rare 0%), Absolutely Anything and The Only Living Boy in New York.
Beckinsale is appearing next in Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje's directorial debut Farming, which as a debut could so easily go either way, so it's hard to be much optimistic about it.
