5. Kramer vs. Kramer (1979)
One of the least humorous films of the bunch, Kramer vs. Kramer stars Dustin Hoffman and Meryl Streep as a couple going through a messy divorce. The film suggests that falling out of love is just as easy as falling in love Mr and Mrs Kramer dont particularly hate each other, they have just become out of sync with each other. The divorce battle than ensues is bitter, personal and completely eclipses the films happier times I warn you, this ones not a light-hearted two fingers up to love.
Why is it anti-love? Kramer vs. Kramer is less I hate love," more love has destroyed me. This couple dont seem to care enough to hate each other, but the divorce battle is still a personal attack.
Most anti-love moment? Mr Kramers chipper mood being destroyed by Mrs Kramers announcement that she is leaving him.
