2. Bruce Banner - Avengers: Infinity War

You might think that the needless erectile dysfunction jokes are the worst thing that happens to Bruce Banner in Avengers: Infinity War, but you'd be wrong. The worst of it comes when Bruce takes it upon himself to stick two middle fingers at his malfunctioning penis... sorry, his malfunctioning HULK and borrows the Hulk Buster armour to join the fight against the Black Order.

Unfortunately, along with the rendering of Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive, Banner's time in the huge armour is ruined by bad effects work. It's fine when the armour is intact, because it looks like a badass Stark Industries creation and Marvel had had a decade up to that point to perfect how to make them look.

But then Bruce pops his little head out of the top of the armour and everything goes wrong. Partly because Hulk was supposed to be in there until quite late in the day, the effects work to put Banner in there is uncharacteristically sloppy and you have to wonder why they didn't just leave his helmet on.
