9. Alison Brie - Happiest Season (2020)
The 2020 romantic comedy, Happiest Season, is a great movie to get cosy with at Christmas, with an absolutely stacked cast including Kristen Stewart, Dan Levy, Aubrey Plaza, and of course Alison Brie. The partially autobiographical picture follows the character Harper as she tries to come out to her family while her and her girlfriend visit them for Christmas. Brie, in this scenario, plays Harper's eldest sister.
The film was met to very warm reception, liked by critics and fans alike. With a cast of that size and profile, it's bound to be good, but it's of course worth noting the excellent writing and directing by Clea DuVall. The film is funny, heartfelt, and all round a great watch for the whole family at Christmas time.
Alison Brie is without question a wonderful addition to this cast, as she is with every role she takes on, and once again proves she'll be a household name for many years to come.
