9. Dirty Harry (1971)
Dirty Harry starred Clint as Harry Callahan, a Police Inspector. The character was given the titular nickname by others in the movie due to nature of the jobs that he was often given, but it could just as easily have applied to his methods. Harry was another evolution of the Clint Eastwood anti-hero persona - and this is widely regarded as the movie that finally cemented Clint Eastwood as a bankable star in Hollywood. The main reason that Dirty Harry made this spot is the pair of scenes featuring the iconic line: "You've got to ask yourself one question... 'Do I feel lucky?' Well do ya, Punk?" Unfortunately, the rest of the movie didn't live up to the same level of tension or quality.
