4. American Wedding (2003) Dog Poop Truffle
You cant have a list of disgusting comedy scenes without at least one of them being from the American Pie film franchise. I could have simply filled the list with scenes from only these films. However, it has to be said that the most disgusting scene is Stifler (Seann William Scott) eating dog poop in the third film: American Wedding. In a bid to impress Michelles sister, Cadence (January Jones) and her parents, the usually obnoxious Stifler acts like a nice young man. This includes watching the familys two dogs. Stifler decides to give the dogs some treats from his pocket but in doing so, he throws the wedding ring that he had been looking after, down with them. He realises his mistake but its too late the dogs have already eaten it. After keeping a close eye on them all day, the dogs finally go to the toilet and Stifler has his chance to get the ring back. He grabs the paper wrapper of a cake and picks up the poop, of which we get a lovely close up. On his way inside to inspect the poop and retrieve the ring, Stifler is called over to speak to Cadences mother, Mary (Deborah Rush). He hastily declines her offer but she is insistent and, not wanting to appear rude, he goes over to talk. After a bit of chatter, Stifler is about to back away but Mary asks him what he has in his hand. He passes off, what we all know to be the dog poop, as a chocolate truffle. Unfortunately Mary loves chocolate and demands to have some. She grabs it from his hand and is about to take a bite when he snatches it straight back and shoves it in his mouth. As if that isnt enough to make you feel ill, in true American Pie style, they take it one step further. Stifler cant simply run because a torrent of questions come his way, so he stands and answers them.
