9. Voldemort’s Youth
The Half-Blood Prince explored Voldemort’s past more than any other Harry Potter story thanks to multiple excursions into the Pensieve.
However, despite how much great content there was in the sixth Harry Potter story, Tom Riddle’s time at Hogwarts was hardly shown at all. Very few of the memories witnessed by Harry and Dumbledore actually took place when Riddle was a student.
During his adolescence, he opened the Chamber of Secrets, murdered his father, started to gather a group of followers (some of whom would later become Death Eaters), and even created several Horcruxes.
As such, there’s plenty of material waiting to be developed for the big screen. Whilst said content probably wouldn’t work as a long series of films, a standalone story focused on the more interesting aspects of Voldemort's youth would certainly be worth watching.
