Cygus and Druella Black had three daughters – Bellatrix, Andromeda, and Narcissa. Whilst Bellatrix and Narcissa embraced their pure-blood ancestry and respected the Dark Lord, Andromeda married a muggle and was subsequently disowned by her family.

Given that Andromeda was only briefly featured in one chapter in The Deathly Hallows (and wasn’t in the movies at all), a story focused on her time growing up and her gradual alienation from the rest of her family would make for a unique tale.

Though Andromeda is the obvious choice in terms of the central character, an insight into how Bellatrix and Narcissa grew up would also be something many hardcore Harry Potter fans would wish to see.

Indeed, Bellatrix became Voldemort’s most faithful servant, and understanding the origins of such devotion would be fascinating to witness.
