J'onn J'onzz is an extraterrestrial entity hailing from Mars. Over the years, Martian Manhunter has maintained a presence in the Justice League in some form. Unlike other members of the Justice League, Martian Manhunter is fairly unknown in popular culture outside of his tenure with the Justice League, or variants of. Regardless, Manhunter is a must in any adaptation of the JL. He fits the role well as the black sheep of the team and his skill set and abilities make him an overtly interesting character in terms of how he'll look and function visually.
