4. Newborn - A Serbian Film

There's the endless rape scenes, all gratuitous and disgusting, there's the scene which involves a machete and a naked woman and there's the vomit inducing finale which can't be described as some kids probably read this website. But the worst scene in A Serbian Film and the one we yearn to forget, can simply be described with two very infamous words: newborn porn. That, unfortunately, is exactly what it sounds like. The scene occurs around halfway into the film as a woman is shown giving birth in painfully realistic fashion, with all the blood and grimacing you don't wish to see. Then, the doctor who delivers the baby has sex (yes, really) with the baby. It's every bit as horrible and repulsive as you think it is. The scene, in a film full of reprehensible acts, stands out for its audacity and vulgarity, but it's not the dangerous movie the Daily Mail wants it to be, it's adolescent nonsense, but disgusting adolscent nonsense.
