This first film of the infamous Guinea Pig series easily holds its place amongst the sickest movies ever made. Actually, it is less of a proper movie and more of a compilation of torture without a hint of story to back it up. In the end, this is the closest you'll ever get to a snuff film without actually watching one. If that entices you, perhaps a therapy session or two is in order. The film revolves around a group of men who kidnap and graphically torture a young woman in as many ways as possible, as part of an experiment on the human body€™s threshold of pain. Their various methods of pain affliction include hitting her repeatedly with a sack of coins, dousing her with boiling hot water, and pelting her with animal guts. This all leads to the women having her eyeball pierced with a razor sharp needle before she is bludgeoned to death with a sledgehammer. Made for no other reason than to punish audience members, this film leaves nothing to the imagination.
