10 Horror Movie Douchebags We Love To Hate

The Nightmare on Elm Street franchise was still young and playing with its lore when the first sequel arrived in 1985. This experimental attitude resulted in a film that was... very different, and introduced perhaps the series' first truly despised character in the form of Coach Schneider.

This high school gym teacher seems to have an unhealthy fixation on punishing his male students, which of course leads to his downfall at the hands of Freddy.

Protagonist Jesse runs afoul of the Coach twice and is forced to do push-ups as the coach watches on merrily. Things only get more bizarre when Schneider corners the young man in a bar dressed in full S&M gear, before subjecting the teen to more brutal exercise outside of school hours.

Thankfully at this point, Freddy makes a rather helpful appearance before binding and butchering the sadistic coach in the school showers...
