Jamie Lloyd is a similar case to Tommy Jarvis but to a greater degree.

In Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers, the titular villain is intent on slaughtering his niece, Jamie. However, once Michael is defeated in the final act, Jamie is returned home safe and sound. As things are wrapping up, though, the young girl viciously stabs her foster mother while wearing a similar clown outfit to the six-year-old Michael seen in the opening of the original Halloween. With Sam Loomis screaming in horror, he realises the evil that consumed Michael has now infected Jamie.

Sure, foster mother Darlene may have survived that attack, but Jamie actually tried to murder someone. Whether she was influenced by some outside force or not, there should be ramifications for her actions, but instead of following this intriguing plot, Halloween 5 largely repeats the structure of the previous film.

And that's not all, for if the "evil Jamie" storyline was embraced, the worst entry in the series, Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers, may have been vastly different.
