10 Horror Movie Mistakes Left In To Troll You

3. The Random Synthesiser Noise - The Rocky Horror Picture Show

There's no horror movie - or really any movie period - quite like The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which totally revels in its free-wheeling, thrown-together kitchen sink style.

And so in the anarchic spirit of the shoot, an error in the recording of the movie's iconic soundtrack was ultimately kept in the final cut of the film.

During Dr. Frank-N-Furter's (Tim Curry) rendition of "I Can Make You a Man," when he runs his finger down Rocky's (Peter Hinwood) chest (0:48 in the clip below), a beeping sound randomly plays out with no explanation whatsoever.

As it turns out, this was the result of one of the musicians accidentally pressing a synthesiser key, and hilariously, nobody bothered to edit it out of either the album or the movie (it's present in both versions).

Ultimately, though, it's entirely in-step with the movie's anything-goes vibe, and so just adds a little extra unpredictability to an already off-the-wall work of all-timer cinema.
