10 Horror Movie Sequels You Probably Didn't Know Existed

8. Jack Frost 2: Revenge Of The Mutant Killer Snowman

I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer
Buena Vista Pictures

No, this is not a sequel to the cuddly family film starring Michael Keaton who comes back to life as a snowman after a fatal accident. This is a sequel to the 1997 horror film also called Jack Frost, that marked Shannon Elizabeth's film debut. Both can be argued are better than the Keaton film.

Released in 2000, Jack Frost 2 understandably flew under the radar as we were obviously preoccupied with more pressing dangers such as the millennium bug, and better films like Gladiator. In one of the most unlikely sequels, to one of the most unlikely films, Jack Frost 2 is as bizarre as they come.

After overcoming the murderous snowman Jack Frost, the hero from the first film, Sam, decides to take a vacation to get away from the stress of it all. A holiday to a tropical cabana follows, but that's not all. After an accident involving the remains of Jack Frost (he got melted to death with antifreeze) under FBI watch, Jack comes back to life and now has a telepathic link to Sam, who is now the target of his revenge. Don't even try to comprehend its insanity.

That being said, don't sleep on this utterly absurd and completely bonkers horror that has a snowman go on a killing rampage on a tropical holiday resort of all places. Don't let the 3.7 rating on IMDB fool you, this film is horror B-movie gold.
