6. Ana's Child - Good Manners
If you haven't seen Good Manners then apologies in advance, because there's no way to talk about its surprising transformation scene without spoiling the flick's biggest twist.
This is a genre movie that switches gears massively halfway through. Initially, it's about housekeeper Clara, who forms a bond with her employer, the pregnant Ana. The two began to grow closer, but Ana starts exhibiting some weird behaviour every full moon. Her eyes start glowing, she gets a hankering for raw meet and begins sleepwalking in the night.
Her actions get stranger until one full moon when Clara stumbles upon her dead body, with her stomach burst from the inside out. In the room she finds a werewolf cub covered in blood, having clawed his way out of his own mother.
The baby's transformation in the womb was what caused Ana to act so weird (she wasn't a werewolf, just impregnated by one), and seeing it for the first time, and Ana's corpse, is something you're totally not prepared for.
