7. The Monsters - Cabin In The Woods
There are several bad guys in this movie and, whilst not all of them win, the biggest group wins in the biggest fashion.
As we all know by now, the movie sees a group of teens fall victim to a ritual by which each of them must die to restore order and sate some ancient gods. The organisation facilitating this ritual execution aren’t good people: they bet on the deaths, relish the pain they cause - they may be doing a necessary evil but they do it with an unnecessary amount of glee.
Of course then we have the hundreds of bad guys being stored by this organisation, trapped in their little glass boxes until they’re called upon to do some killing. Arguably these guys win the most. Now this isn’t because they manage to carry out their ritual killing - two survivors prevent that goal from being met - but they win big time when they are released from their confines and have an absolute field-day in the facility.
They all get to do what they do best: wreak absolute havoc. While they do this, the gods also get to break out of their confines and have fun destroying the world!
