10 Horror Movie Villains Who Encountered Something Worse

Because the sadomasochistic inter-dimensional beings known as the Cenobites aren't terrifying enough, Hellbound: Hellraiser II had them face off against Dr. Phillip Channard (Kenneth Cranham), who is secretly obsessed with the Lament Configuration and teams up with a resurrected Julia Cotton (Clare Higgins) throughout the film.

Though Julia eventually betrays him to her own ends, she gets killed for it, whereas Channard initially survives to be transformed into a Cenobite himself by their malevolent creator, Leviathan.

But Channard's supreme achievement? He uses his newfound abilities to quite effortlessly kill Pinhead (Doug Bradley) and the other Cenobites, who were admittedly weakened after being reminded of their prior humanity.

It's a creative decision which didn't exactly sit well with many fans, especially after how powerful Pinhead and co. were shown to be in the first Hellraiser movie, but Channard's own time comes soon thereafter when his head is parted from his body.
