10 Horror Movie Villains With The Worst Motives

5. The Shark - Jaws: The Revenge

There's Someone Inside Your House
Universal Pictures

The first Jaws didn't leave much room for a sequel, with our band of heroes going out and killing a man-eating shark being about as 'open and shut' as they come. But that didn't stop Universal from green-lighting Jaws: The Revenge, following diminishing returns from Jaws 2 and Jaws 3-D.

The film supposedly sees the original shark from the first film stalking Ellen Brody and her family after her husband, Martin, passes away from a heart attack. The Great White follows the family from Amity to the Bahamas in what is supposed to be a personal vendetta it has after the first film.

It seems incredible that a series with the prestige and legacy of Jaws could stoop to such a low, but it really did happen. This Great White Shark, telepathically linked with the movements of the Brody family, spent an entire film traversing the seven seas causing mayhem on a personal revenge mission.
