10 Horror Movies That Accidentally Filmed Things You Weren't Supposed To See

3. Kneepads - The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation

Even though The Texas Chainsaw Massacre has a lot of bad instalments, The Next Generation is considered the nadir of the franchise. Due to it's uncreative action, first-draft script, and choppy editing, there's nothing redeemable about this entry (save for Matthew McConaughey's OTT performance).

Because Next Gen is so poorly made, it's no surprise it has a deluge of gaffes. The boom mic can be seen during the Pizza Drive-Thru scene. Heather's dress changes from being torn to untorn during the hook sequence. In the credits, McConaughey's name wasn't even spelt right!!

However, the film's most legendary screw-up occurs when Jenny dashes across the bonnet of a car. Despite being a straightforward sequence, the actress (a pre-fame Renee Zellweger) wore kneepads to ensure she didn't get hurt.

Now, this safety measure is completely understandable. In fact, you have to commend Zellweger for performing this bit all by herself, rather than relying on a stunt double.

Unfortunately, Zellweger's kneepads are blatantly visible in this shot. To the movie's credit, this little snafu is one of the few moments that's entertaining, even though it's unintentional.
