4. The Crash Mat - Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday

Because Jason Voorhees has survived being drowned, burned, electrocuted, melted, and blown up, it seemed like the machete-wielding psychopath was indestructible.

But in Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday, Jessica finds something that might do the trick. In the climax, Jessica discovers a mystical dagger that will banish anyone to hell if they're stabbed with it. After plunging the enchanted blade into Jason's chest, demonic hands burst from the ground, dragging the hockey-mask wearing killer to his new home.

Sadly, this epic moment is tarnished by a major oversight. After Jessica stabs Jason, he swings at her, hurling her to the ground. If you look closely, you can see the actress who's playing Jessica lands on a crash mat that's been neatly laid out for her! (You can even see the mat curl as she lands on it.) If you spotted the mat, you'll probably be laughing so hard, you won't even care the franchise just killed off its overarching villain.

This is such a blatant blunder, certain versions of Jason Goes to Hell have edited this scene so the crash mat remains unseen.
