10 Hugely Talented Actors That Should Be Bigger Stars

6. Clifton Collins Jr.

One of the hardest-working actors around, Clifton Collins Jr. has racked up almost 100 film and television appearance by the age of just 43. As well as his work ethic, Collins is also one of the most dedicated actors in the business and gives everything in his performances regardless of screentime. If you've been to the movies at all in the last three decades, you will have seen at least one that stars Clifton Collins Jr. It's remarkable that he hasn't become a bigger name when you consider the hugely diverse range of movies in which he's appeared; Dead Presidents, Tigerland, Traffic, Capote, Babel, Crank: High Voltage, Star Trek, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, Pacific Rim and the upcoming Transcendence to name but a small few. Effortlessly able to move from big-budget blockbusters to smaller projects, Collins always gives his all on screen. One of the best character actors of his generation, Collins prefers to be a supporting player and very rarely takes a lead role. Which is a shame, as he is without question one of the most versatile actors working today and would no doubt knock a higher-profile performance out of the park.

I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break. I was once labelled a misogynist on this very site in a twenty paragraph-long rant for daring to speak ill of the Twilight franchise. I stand by what I said, it's crap.
