9. Indiana Jones And The Space Man
There was a wonderful television show in the mid-nineties called The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles. Great family adventure giving us the childhood of one of cinemas greatest heroes. Theres only one problem: no aliens. Lots of folks complained about Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, but I am forced to disagree. With such masterful craftsmanship and brilliant casting (I for one cant wait to see Shia LaBeouf whip it out in that upcoming Lars Von Trier movie), Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is clearly the movie Spielberg and Lucas spent their lives preparing for. But still, many were really turned off by the alien thing. Well, those people will never see the light, so we must give up on them. Instead, we need to focus on making sure that coming generations realize Indiana Jones equals aliens. So besides creating a film that will potentially launch its own profitable franchise, this movie will help fix the mythology.
INDIANA AND THE SPACEMAN. While out with his father, young Indiana Jones discovers an alien. Danger befalls the Jones family, as always, and it is up to Indy and his alien friend to save both Henry Jones senior and the city of Jerusalem. A thrilling ride for all audiences, Indiana and the Spaceman will get the past squared away while preparing for the future.
