2. Avengers/JLA (Marvel & DC)

Although we have our cinematic Avengers already and the cinematic Justice League are on their way, sadly - it goes without saying - there is absolutely no chance of teams squaring off like they did in this 2003-2004 crossover arc, which saw the two teams pitted against each other by Krona and the Grandmaster in a cosmic treasure hunt. Marvel Studios can't even use all of Marvel's own characters in the same movie universe - what with the characters currently being split between the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Sony's Amazing Spider-Man franchise and Fox's X-Men (and soon to be Fantastic Four) franchise - so the idea of being able to mix them up with characters from DC's Justice League is a million miles away from being possible. It would undoubtedly be very cool to see the likes of Chris Hemsworth's Thor duking it out with Henry Cavill's Superman or Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye taking on Ben Affleck's Batman, but it's absolutely nothing more than a dream at this stage (and whether or not anything like it will ever happen seems unlikely).
