10 Incredible Casting Coincidences You Won't Believe

5. Dana Carvey Cameos In Halloween II, Starring Serial Killer Michael Myers

Halloween II Dana Carvey Dana Carvey has fleeted in and out of Hollywood throughout the years, with failed ventures such as The Master of Disguise and cameoing in terrible Adam Sandler films ensuring that his best-known role is without question Garth Algar, the nervous, nerdy grunger who co-hosts his public access show Wayne's World with his buddy Wayne (played by Mike Myers). The actor is largely known for collaborating with Myers above all else, and so that makes this next horror movie-based coincidence all the more amusing (as well as slightly disturbing). Carvey's first theatrical role - and only his second role ever - was as "Assistant" in Halloween II, but it's not really the nature of his blink-and-you'll-miss-it role that's important, but rather what the movie involves. Remember that the Halloween movies revolve around a masked killer stalking nubile teens? And do you remember the killer's name? Of course, Michael Myers, something that confused me a lot when perusing video stores as a kid.
