The original Star Wars trilogy has been picked clean in terms of deleted scenes, many of which have surfaced online over the years. There's one with Luke at Tosche Station from the first movie, and a more detailed scene showing Luke in the Bacta Tank in Empire Strikes Back.

There are dozens, but not every scene made it out of storyboarding. There were several revolving around the Wampa that proved either too difficult or too costly to shoot. In one, the Wampa would have been shown dragging an unconscious Luke to its cave.

That proved impossible to film due to the costume's movement limitations imposed on the actor inside (Des Webb), but another scene was scrapped before it could be completed. It would have taken place at the Hoth Rebel base, where Luke was to man a heavy mounted auto-cannon.

The scene would have shown Luke blasting wildly at an invading horde of Wampas, which would have been intense, but the scene was lost. There are a few pictures of what the scene might have looked like, but it seems the footage has been lost. The best evidence for the scene came from a quote by John Knoles, when he was discussing the N64 game, Shadows of the Empire:

"We knew, for instance, of the scene where a wampa actually broke through into Echo Base and mauled a tauntaun (and possibly some Rebel troops) and a scene where Luke actually took over an auto-laser cannon and blasts a wampa or two."
