10 Incredible Scenes Trapped In Otherwise Bad Movies

7. It Was Tuesday - Street Fighter

The Street Fighter film was a pretty horrible representation of the beloved video game series; badly characterised, over-acted and not featuring any memorable fight scenes. Almost on his own, however, Raul Julia nearly redeemed the whole movie with his performance as the villain M. Bison. The object of Chun-Li€™s revenge, this general was finally met by the woman who hated him so much. But rather than feel fear, or even regret for what he did to her family, Bison doesn€™t even remember it. It€™s the ultimate slap in the face to Chun-Li, who had devoted her life to stopping Bison, only to now discover he couldn€™t care less about her. €œFor you, the day Bison graced your village was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday.€ His callous dismissal of her struggle just emphasises why he was such a good character, and provided the type of inspired characterisation the rest of the film was sorely lacking. Julia seemed to be the only one to recognise just how campy the film was going to be. Embracing this over-the-top nature, he turned in a memorable antagonist and birthed a villainous character that would live on even if the legacy of the film would not. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVzAMmpMra8
