7. Scarlet Witch Will Tear You Apart - Avengers: Age Of Ultron

When he took on the Twins as his sidekicks in order to help defeat the Avengers, Ultron was immediately drawn to Scarlet Witch's power. He knew that Quicksilver could be a useful ally, but his sister was marked out as even more important.

"I wondered why only you two survived Strucker's experiments. Now I don't. We will make it right. [to Pietro] You and I can hurt them. [to Wanda] But you... will tear them apart. From the inside."

And wouldn't you know it? He was right. It is Scarlet Witch's accidental genocide in Africa that kicks off the Sokovia Accords, which literally tears the Avengers apart.

There's an argument to suggest that Ultron was actually capable of foresight, as he also seems to hint at Thanos' impending arrival when he gives his monologue about God:

"There were over a dozen extinction level events before even the dinosaurs got theirs! When the Earth starts to settle, God throws a stone at it. And believe me, He's winding up. We have to evolve. There's no room for the weak."

So that might explain how he so accurately predicts Wanda's part in the fall of the Avengers.
