9. Point Break
There are two bank robberies on screen in Point Break, but we learn that the ex-Presidents gang committing them, have at least 30 more under their belt within the past three years. The first one happens pretty early on and shows a pretty slick operation, the gang doesnt bother with the vault, going only for the cashiers to save time and get away quick. It is quite light-hearted as they mimic the voices of the Presidents masks they wear and even moon the security camera, escaping without hurting or killing anyone. The second one is botched terribly. By this point undercover cop Keanu Reeves has had his cover blown and is at the mercy of the group who force him to go along with their last bank hit of the summer or theyll kill his girlfriend. Patrick Swayzes plan worked for three years and in more than 30 banks, he was an idiot to change it, but it did make for very entertaining cinema.
