10 Incredibly Lazy Actors Who Keep Getting Work

6. Owen Wilson

Vince Vaughn's co-star in The Internship, Owen Wilson, is another actor who, like Vaughn, has been known to feature in some interesting films - his collaborations with Wes Anderson alone give him some leeway when it comes to churning out a succession of lazy and cheap comedies. Wilson's stock character he likes to transplant from one movie to the next is the down-to-earth nice guy with a quirky eccentric edge, whether he's playing Dignan in Bottle Rocket or Gil in Midnight In Paris. He's certainly got a charming side, but unfortunately it's the only side that audiences ever get to see. Still, Owen Wilson was involved with the writing of genuinely quirky and offbeat comedies like Rushmore and The Royal Tenenbaums, so maybe we can forgive him for I Spy and the Night At The Museum franchise.
