2. War of the Worlds (2005)
When War of the Worlds was radio broadcast by Orson Welles in 1938 there ensued panic in the streets as fact and fiction dangerously collided. Adapted into a 1953 movie it was remade in 2005 and starred Mr. Top Gun himself, Tom Cruise as a father trying to save his family from alien invaders. Action and special effects aside, even Tom couldnt carry the weight of this vehicle and the images of aliens using human beings as a Sippy cup were not quite as disturbing as laughable.
