4. Fright Night (2011)

Granted, Colin Farrell makes a very sexy vampire; but I found myself yearning for the seductive charm of Chris Sarandons Jerry (which I found all the more terrifying and tantalizing). It shocked me that Toni Collette was actually a willing participant in this, she is so much better than this and thought this a waste of her talent. Anton Yelchin was puppy dog adorable as usual but I really didnt give his character much credit and felt that he lacked the depth of the original Charlie. With all the cheesy effects the original Fright Night still had a charm and heart that shines today. Besides tons of blood the re-vamped version left me wanting and feeling like the opening credits were the best and most original part of the flick.
