3. Mr. Freeze's Jet-Pack (Batman & Robin)

The Concept: Patrick Janicke again delivers a bombastic design for Batman and Robin, this time of an unused jet-pack for Arnold Schwarzenegger's outrageous and infamous take on Mr. Freeze. In fairness, the look of Freeze himself is considerably more down-to-Earth than the absurd attire Arnold is kitted out with in the final film, though the jet-pack itself would certainly fit in with it. Why It's Too Extreme: Again, it's likely something that was cut due to budgetary constraints, though in honesty, the only thing that could have been more ridiculous than watching Arnold Schwarzenegger skating around making terrible ice puns would have been watching Arnold Schwarzenegger flying around making terrible ice puns. It might've made for another cool action figure for Warner to try and sell us and our kids, but in the long run it probably would've just made the film even more ridicule-worthy...
