10 Interstellar Theories That Are Totally Insane

2. The Fifth Dimensional Beings Are Those Frozen Eggs

Right, so, confusing though the ending was in some ways, there are a few things about Interstellar everyone's agreed on. Cooper managed to exist outside of time for a while after entering the wormhole, transcending into the fifth dimension and affecting reality from the outside, acting as one of those beings that set up the whole mission in the first place. All we saw him do, however, was mess around with books, watches, and then shake hands with Brand. So who was responsible for all the other stuff? Wormholes, maps, coordinates, all that business? There are obviously other fifth dimensional beings at work. And where did they come from? Simple: they€™re those fertilised eggs that Brand took charge of in her ship that landed on the final hospitable planet, where she apparently was successful in setting up a new human colony, and whose time travelling through wormholes and the like also opened her up to the great leaps in development that allowed humanity to develop to fifth dimensional gravity manipulation. Hooray! All the loose plot threads accounted for! Thanks, internet!
