7. Green Lantern Shows Up
Counting the inevitably-resurrected Superman, Justice League's membership totals six superheroes, but cast your mind back to that slogan on one of the original teaser posters... "Unite the Seven".
This was a tagline that appeared on an Aquaman-themed promo image, so maybe the "seven" refers to the world's seas, but more likely it's the number of heroes in the movie, and they're keeping mum about the missing link's identity.
The prime candidate has to be Green Lantern, arguably the most famous DC Comics superhero the lineup has snubbed.
There are hints that a Lantern could show up in Justice League, with Steppenwolf making a blatant reference to the intergalactic police force in the latest trailer, but don't bank on this happening until the final act.
Chances are, an emerald ring bearer will arrive during the final battle to give the heroes some extra fire power, and it might not be the one you're expecting.
Abin Sur, the alien Green Lantern who passes his Power Ring on to Hal Jordan, is the most likely candidate, and having him fatally wounded during the fight would be a convenient way of introducing Jordan to the DCEU in a post-credits sequence.
