8. Under Siege 2: Dark Territory (1995)

For what it is,
Under Siege was a relatively enjoyable Steven Seagal vehicle that pitted the star against hordes of terrorist scum whose job was to be dispatched, one by one, by way of karate moves and goofy one-liners. And in that case, the vehicle was a ship, on which Seagal's character - Casey Ryback - was working as a cook. Fact is, as with
Die Hard and
Die Hard 2, the chances of the first situation happening were pretty slim. A second? Just ain't buying it. For the sequel, which was originally a spec script that found itself packaged as
Under Siege 2, terrorists are hi-jacking - wait for it - a train. And who else but Ryback finds that he's conveniently on board, ready to open another can of whoop-ass? But c'mon, even Ryback would have been totally overwhelmed with just how unlucky he's been with this whole "terrorists hi-jacking vehicles I'm a passenger on" thing. Beyond ridiculous.
