7. That Bathroom Scene Will Be Disappointing - Fifty Shades Of Grey
Non stop action isn't necessarily everyone's cup of tea - some of us prefer a little action in the bedroom instead. E. L. James's best selling book certainly provided that in spades, even if the writing and plotting was - according to most people who read it - dreadfully shoddy and incomprehensible. Still, for those too lazy to read the book they can always rely on Hollywood to step in and adapt it to the screen - after all, why use your imagination when you can have it all right there before you on the big screen? With most fans reportedly over the moon with the casting of Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele and Jamie Dornan as her domineering lover Christian Grey, everything looks set for a steamy, raunchy cinematic romp destined to please and arouse in equal measure. Unfortunately, it seems that Fifty Shades of Grey isn't going to be the NC-17 shag fest that fans are looking for - in order to get as many people into cinemas as possible, the sex scenes have apparently been toned down in favour of a stronger emphasis on the love and romance aspects of the story. According to co-star Eloise Mumford, who plays Ana's roommate in the story, the producers may even aim for the dreaded PG-13 rating. It wouldn't be the first time that a movie property which by all rights should be aimed at adults has been diluted beyond the point of recognition in the name of making more money, and no doubt it won't be the last...
