8. Jason Statham And Dwayne Johnson Go Head To Head - Fast And Furious 7

For better or for worse, the Fast and Furious franchise is the action series which just keeps on giving. While some of them have been approaching terrible (part 2 immediately springs to mind), the most recent installment delivered some high octane action sequences, including a highly impressive tank chase along a busy freeway. We can expect more from Fast and Furious 7 (bigger and louder is the guiding principle, after all), and with the announcement of Jason Statham making an appearance as villain Ian Shaw - the brother of Owen killed in the previous movie - we can look forward to some great hand-to-hand combat scenes in addition to fast-paced car chases and pile-ups. The big question on our minds, though, is who is he going to square off against in a bout of fisticuffs? Fortunately we already know the answer - Statham revealed in an interview that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is going to be his opponent. "I get to work with a lot of great people who I've always thought were decent. I got to spend four days with the Rock and he is such a good chap, you know. We're doing a great fight sequence," he said in an interview for Vanity Fair. Given that he's the bad guy it's probably easy to guess who comes out on top - but still, it'll be a fight worth waiting for.
