Little is known about the Knights of Ren, aside from Ben Solo becoming their leader and that they are lackeys for Snoke. In Reys vision we see the other six knights during the fall of Lukes Jedi Academy, dressed in black armor and wearing masks similar to Kylo Rens. Whats unclear is how strong in the Force they are. Reys vision doesnt depict them wielding lightsabers so they most likely arent Force-users. The nature of their allegiance to Kylo Ren also ins't exactly concrete yet. Do they look up to him, considering hes the grandchild of Darth Vader? Is he considered a silver-spooned-little-brat? Do they fear his power? More information about this esoteric group could help move Episode VIIIs story. The most likely conflict they would bring is ensuring Kylo Ren follows the crooked path of the dark side. This is a band of rogues who are instrumental in destroying Luke's ability to train new Jedi knights. They probably wouldn't stop there, acting as bounty hunters to hunt down Luke and bring him to Snoke. Along the way, if Kylo Ren does look to turn to the light, the Knights of Ren would certainly be there to quash that.
