9. Baron Mordo

To give the team some real magical oomph, the Masters of Evil should recruit the villainous Baron Mordo, whose inclusion in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is as good as inevitable, given the imminent arrival of one Doctor Strange. If he's anywhere near as powerful as his comic book self, the Marvel Cinematic Universe version of the character will be a formidable foe for the heroes and a real asset for a Masters of Evil team. He possesses such powers as energy blasts, astral projection, the ability to teleport, demon summoning, the ability to hypnotise and mesmerise people as well as a host of spells whereby he invokes powerful entities, such as the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak. Mordo will no doubt be defeated in Doctor Strange's first Marvel Cinematic Universe movie and that should be all the motive the evil sorcerer needs to want to get back and Strange and his allies in future movies.
