10 MCU Deleted Scenes That Should've Stayed In Their Movies

4. Sisterly Rivalry (Guardians Of The Galaxy)

The Scene: A great moment that takes place at the start of Guardians Of The Galaxy (presumably straight after Ronan hands Gamora the task of retrieving the orb, to the disappointment of Nebula), this scene finds the two sisters arguing and brawling over each other's status in the eyes of both Ronan and their father, Thanos.

Why It Should've Stayed: A lack of screen time devoted to Nebula and Gamora's relationship was one of Guardians' few weak points, but it sticks out like a sore thumb. We don't really care when Nebula is about to die later on in the movie, and we care even less when Gamora desperately tries to reason with her. The relationship lacked depth.

This moment would have gone some way toward fixing that problem, with an emotionally-charged scene between the pair that provides grounds for why Gamora tries to save Nebula when she's about to fall off Ronan's ship in the third act; she genuinely cares for her sister.

This would also have helped Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2, which is set to feature a lot more Nebula, by building up this sisterly relationship ever so slightly in the first movie.
