It should be noted, that the entries on this list take inspiration from other movies, not "ripped off" from other movies. There is a canyon of difference between the two. Case in point, Captain America: The Winter Soldier. A film that is about as blatantly inspired by 1976's All The President's Men as you can get, without being an outright ripoff.

And by that we mean that this movie borrows not only themes and ideas (in this case being compartmentalization, political corruption, and prevailing integrity in the face thereof) from All The President's Men, but it also takes the basic story idea, just with some roles switched around.

Cap in this movie embodies both Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, a person with one foot in the political world, and one foot on the outside. This outward standing gives him a necessary outsiders perspective, which comes in handy when he learns of a nation-changing scandal that needs to be uncovered.

Again, it's not a one to one comparison, none of these entries are. But it is about as close as you can come to ripping off the movie, without actually ripping it off.
