10 Minor MCU Moments That Pissed Everyone Off

Thor's transformation into "Bro Thor" in Avengers: Endgame is one of the movie's most divisive aspects, and though it's ultimately a byproduct of his depression following everything, the film is perhaps a bit too enthusiastic with the fat jokes at his expense.

The worst offender? When Thor is having an intense conversation with Tony Stark, who is trying to tell him he's in no condition for battle, Thor asks him, "What do you think is coursing through my veins right now?"

At that point Rhodey pipes up with "Cheez Whiz?," completely undercutting a moment in which Thor expressed deep vulnerability while holding counsel with Tony.

Some went as far as to call the line fatphobic, and whether or not you agree with that, it certainly feels needlessly pigeonholed into a serious moment that would've benefitted from being allowed to play out uninterrupted.
