10 Moments When Comic Book Movie Villains Were Totally Humiliated
7. Rhino Is Defrocked By Spider-Man (The Amazing Spider-Man 2)
Spider-Man must be a really frustrating guy to fight - a teenager with great power and an ego to match, his snarky quips are almost enough to drive any scenery-chewing Russian around the bend. In their first encounter, Rhino looks ready to declare himself the new villain supreme in Spider-Man's New York, driving a massive armored car through the streets of the Big Apple. Much to this Russian's dismay, Spider-Man is too quick for him, and their fight concludes in a villain-shaming manner underneath an overpass. Spider-Man isn't content to simply disarm and tie up his opponent, he must pull his pants down and knock him out with his own Machine gun, leaving the unconscious Russian standing upright with his pants around his ankles. The NYPD officers who later showed up to arrest him must have been quite amused by this discovery. Despite breaking out of prison and gaining a fancy new armor suit for the rematch, there is little chance Aleksei Sytsevich is living this incident down anytime soon.
