10 More Actors Who Will No Longer Work Together

Just because a pair of co-stars refuse to work with one another in the same room, doesn't mean the two can't find a way to appear in the same show.

For the longest time, it looked like the ship had very much sailed when it came to Kim Cattrall's time working alongside Sarah Jessica Parker and the rest of her Sex and the City colleagues.

The Samantha Jones star had noted just last year how her return would "never happen anyway" (via Variety) after learning that Parker had told Variety she wouldn't be OK with her one-time co-star returning in the show's sequel series And Just Like That...

And that's what made the news of Cattrall suddenly deciding to dust off her Samantha shoes for one last outing in the second season of that show so shocking for fans of the TV follow-up.

In the end, though, the stars who seemingly still aren't ready to work with each other on a set got around this by having Cattrall, whose character had moved to England in the series, film her phone call cameo scene with Parker's Carrie Bradshaw on her own.

For those hoping that Kim dipping her toe back into the Sex and the City waters could lead to the stars perhaps one day reuniting on the same set together, Cattrall quickly noted to Today recently that this was "as far as I'll go".
