In 2009, the arrival of a little Norweigian movie called Dead Snow landed with an explosively bloody splat and arguably launched Nazi Zombies back into the mainstream. Five years later, it spawned a sequel that nobody asked for but everybody should watch.

Tommy Wirkola returned to the director's chair for Dead Snow 2: Red vs. Dead and picked up where the first movie left off, but amplifies the gory absurdity to whole new heights.

After sole survivor Martin discovers he is still in possession of a single gold coin from the Nazi's haul, he is once again relentlessly pursued by Herzog and his ravenous horde. Whereas the previous movie took place within the confines of a remote cabin and its even remoter surrounding area, its sequel branches out into neighbouring towns, which include a World War II museum.

Thanks to some grotesque humour, witty banter, and gallons of blood and guts, not to mention an epic fight between zombie armies that involves a tank, Dead Snow 2: Red vs. Dead is a perfect, entertaining sequel for all the horror fans out there.
