No, this is not the brilliant movie directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu that snagged Leo his first Oscar win.

This is the zombie flick that came out six years earlier with exactly the same name, which now nobody can talk about without it getting confused for that lavishly artistic award-winning feature. Which, unless people mistakenly watch this thinking they can see Tom Hardy mumble for 120 minutes, is a real shame because it's an indie gem.

Directed by D. Kerry Prior, who worked on VFX for Bubba Ho-Tep and the Phantasm franchise, this independent darling won a number of awards at many horror film festivals across the globe during its release.

The movie focuses on a formerly deceased soldier who unexpectedly returns from the grave and who must deal with his new way of undead life with the help of his best buddy. Whilst getting to grips with his new state, the duo fall into the role of zombie vigilantes who fight crime on the night streets of Los Angeles. It's daft, but cheeky addition to the undead genre, even with it's eye-opening 2 hour run time.
